My name is Kristyn Bond and I am certified through the National Association of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Finding ways that I enjoyed moving my body such as weightlifting, martial arts and dance have changed my life. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or improve your overall health, I am equipped with the knowledge and experience to help you reach your goals.
